WebLaunchCrown provides remote technical support assistance for the following:

- Email and account access troubleshooting guidance
- Security awareness and configuration guidance
Our Service does not include:
- Physical hardware repair or replacement
- In-home or on-site technician visits
- Manufacturer warranty claims or official brand services
- Data recovery from physically damaged hardware
- Any representation acting on behalf of another company or brand
3. Pricing and Payment
WebLaunchCrown charges a one-time fee per support session. The specific cost is communicated to you before any remote access session begins. You will not be charged without first agreeing to the quoted price.

- There are no recurring charges, subscriptions, or auto-renewals
- There are no hidden fees
4. Remote Access Consent
Remote technical assistance requires you to grant access to your computer using a standard remote access tool. By proceeding with a session, you confirm that:
- You are the owner of the device or have authorization to grant remote access
- You grant consent voluntarily and may revoke it at any time by closing the remote access application
- You understand that a technician will be able to see and interact with your screen during the session
- You acknowledge that WebLaunchCrown will not retain remote access after the session concludes
5. What We Do Not Guarantee
While we make reasonable efforts to assist with your technical issue, we cannot guarantee:
- That every problem can be resolved remotely (physical hardware faults require on-site service)
- A specific timeframe for resolution
- That all software conflicts or system errors can be fully corrected in a single session
If an issue cannot be addressed remotely, we will advise you and apply our refund policy as appropriate.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WebLaunchCrown's total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service session giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss.
You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your important data before a remote support session.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our Service for any unlawful purpose, to misrepresent your identity or the ownership of the device, or to use our assistance to harm third parties or systems.
